In 2024, I continued to laugh, take on challenges, and sometimes indulge in a lot of yoga fun.

How was your yoga journey this year?
Our yoga class, held online, helped us to close the gap between our hearts even through a screen, and I believe it was a valuable time to nurture both our bodies and minds.
What I felt particularly throughout 2024 was that "small things add up to big changes."
Even if each lesson is short, many people have experienced an increase in not only strength and flexibility, but also concentration and self-esteem through continued practice.

Set small goals for each yoga session:
→ The effect will be doubled if you set mini goals that suit you, such as "I'll try to bend forward deeper today" or "I'll try to focus on my breathing."
Look at yourself kindly:
→ Growth comes in waves. There are bound to be days when things don’t go well. Anyway, every day, look at yourself, talk to yourself, and face things with an open heart.
Yoga has changed my mind and body

The appeal of yoga lies not just in the poses themselves, but in the positive changes it can bring to your mind and body.
This year, many people have told us that they feel more positive and that their bodies feel lighter. When you do yoga at a community center, you can see the expressions on the faces of the other customers, so offline yoga has an advantage in that respect.
Positive changes in everyday life
Physical changes: Increased flexibility and reduced shoulder and back pain.
My posture improved and my body felt more aligned and refreshed.
Change in mindset: Incorporating yoga breathing techniques and meditation into my busy daily life has helped me to control stress.
I think it would be wonderful if we could control our emotions.

I am grateful once again to have had the opportunity to experience that power once again this year.
