This time, I would like to introduce some AI tools that I use every day!

Since I am a foreigner and I am still learning Japanese, I was finding it really difficult to deal with unfamiliar words and difficult Japanese phrases, and that's when I started using ChatGPT.

Sometimes I can't come up with any ideas, or I end up overthinking things.
I always have fun thinking about which yoga poses I should combine and how, with the infinite number of yoga flows.
So I decided to just go ahead and create my own original GPT!
What is ChatGPT?

Many of you may be wondering, "What is ChatGPT?"
ChatGPT is a chat tool that uses AI (artificial intelligence) and was developed by the American company OpenAI.
Simply put, it's a handy companion that will answer your questions and requests.
For example, they will immediately respond to requests such as, "Tell me about foods that are good for beauty!" or "Please correct the sentence I wrote!"
This is a very useful feature for working people, as it can help you compile papers, create functions in Excel, generate programming, write novels, etc.
Of course, you can also talk to it, so even those who aren't good at typing can use it with confidence!
No special knowledge or skills are required; just send a message or talk as you normally would.
It's like chatting with a friend, you learn something and get new ideas.
I also use ChatGPT to study Japanese and spread my yoga ideas!
Of course, there are still many aspects that are not perfect, but depending on how you use it, it is a tool that can make your daily life a little more convenient and enjoyable.

How to register for ChatGPT

The name is "Yoga Flow Craft", so if you already have an account, you can search for it and use it!
*If you do not have a ChatGPT account yet, you will need to register for a new account. Please follow the steps below.
1. First, register for free.
Enter by signing up.
Enter your email address. You can also authenticate with Google or Microsoft.
Enter your password and click Continue
Verify your email address. (This step is not necessary if you are authenticating with Google, etc.)
Once you have filled out your profile and agreed to the terms, registration is complete.
2. If you have a ChatGPT account, you can get started right away!
