The Yuge Cosmos Hall schedule will be held on the 16th and 23rd (Wednesday) at Kanajima. The Kanajima lesson schedule will remain as usual.

What is Kurume Yoga?Kurume Yoga refers to yoga classes held at three community centers in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Unlike online yoga, it aims to spread the wonders of yoga to the general public by using local community centers, and is suitable for a wide range of participants, from beginners to intermediates. (No membership registration or payment is required on the website.)

Do I need an appointment?No reservation is required. You can participate if you come to the community center 5 minutes before the class starts. If you are participating for the first time, please tell Anna directly before the lesson starts that it is your first time.

Can I reschedule for a day I was unable to attend?Yes, you can reschedule your class at any of the three community centers where our classes are held.

What age group do the participants belong to? Also, are men allowed to participate?Most of the participants are in their 40s to 60s, but people of all ages enjoy yoga. Classes are gender-neutral, and men are welcome to join.

Are there any necessary items or clothing for yoga lessons?Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water and comfortable clothing.

Is there a parking lot?Yes. All community centers have parking lots, so you can come by car.

Are there any discounts or special offers?Yes! We offer family discounts and friend referral discounts. With the family discount, when a couple or parent and child join, the monthly tuition fee per family will be discounted by 500 yen every month. In addition, with the friend referral discount, both the person who is referred and the person who referred will receive a 500 yen discount on the monthly tuition fee for the month they join.

What is the payment method?Payment is by cash only on-site, and monthly tuition is to be paid at the beginning of each month.
